Warm Up - posterior chain and shoulder mobility
1. Deadlift - 5 X 3 @ 75%
2. Double Press/Pull Up Ladder (Heavy Bells - 80%) - 4 X (1, 2, 3, 4)
3. Conditioning: 10 rounds for time
a. Double Swing X 10
b. Push Up X 10
