Metabolic Conditioning


This one didn't disappoint me on Wednesday; nor our advanced clients:

5 rounds:

1. Jump Rope - 250-200-150-100-50
2. Snatch - 20-16-12-8-4 (reps are total L and R added together)
3. Butterfly Sit Up - 20-16-12-8-4
4. 1 Arm Press - 20-16-12-8-4 (reps are total L and R added together)
