Warm Up

1. Deadlift - 5 X 5 @ 70%
2. 2 KB Squat 5 X 5
3. 2 KB Swing 10 X 10

4. Conditioning X 10 Minutes; count rounds
a. Snatch X 5 e
b. Wall Ball X 10*
*If no area or means for Wall Ball, perform a 1 Kb Thruster X 5 e

    10 minute conditioner - 8 rounds plus 8 snatches.
